This function specific mission critical workstation with floor stand was specifically design for the Hong Kong Airport for use at every security check points entering restricted area.
Every station was carefully crafted to ensure its stability and durability. The floor stand and display housing were manufactured using SU316 grade stainless steel with thickness of 4mm to ensure its strength to sustain a life span of 10 years and more.
Electronically, all PCB and circuits were carefully chosen, designed and manufactured to survive 24 hours a day and 7 days around all year round.
The first Hexience Checkpoint Station was deployed in December 2015 at the North Satellite Concourse of the Hong Kong International Airport. More Checkpoint workstations were deployed to Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and transfer point within the restricted area.
